| Mr. Datey (age 67 years) has over 44 years of corporate experience at senior levels in finance
and legal fields. He has worked as Secretary and General Manager
(Finance) in leading listed companies, before deciding to concentrate full time on
consultancy in indirect taxes and writing books for professionals and students. Mr. V S Datey is Chairman, Nasik Ojhar Chapter of Cost
Accountants. He is also Chairman of Nasik Chapter of WIRC of
ICSI, Nasik.
Presently, he is concentrating on writing books on various topics - particularly relating to indirect taxes and corporate laws. Mr. Datey also provides consultancy services in indirect taxes through e-mail.
