About Datey's Books

Mr. Datey (age 68 years) worked as Secretary and General Manager (Finance) in leading listed companies during 1967 to 1993, before deciding to concentrate full time on consultancy in indirect taxes and writing books for professionals and students.

Presently (since 1994), he is concentrating on consultancy in indirect taxes and writing books on various topics - particularly relating to indirect taxes and corporate laws.

Mr. V S Datey is Chairman, Nasik Ojhar Chapter of Cost Accountants. He is also Chairman of Nasik Chapter of WIRC of ICSI, Nasik.
